The Adventurers

The Adventurers is about 8 people.  Aralina, Mike, Jim, Mark, Enster, George, Jack, Willis, and Austin.  Aralina, Mike and Jim are siblings (the Morgers), Mark, Enster and Jack are siblings (the Mickerens) and neighbors of the Morgers, and George Willis and Austin are siblings (the Krinsoes) and neighbors of the Morgers and the Mickerens.  Well, the Morgers' mom is very strict about her grass, and you can never walk on the grass at all. She gets nervous when she sees birds or squirrels on the grass, but no one knows why.  The Mickerens' dad is all about his lawn, and won't let Mark and his brothers go on his lawn or the Morgers' lawn.  the Krinsoes' Aunt (who takes care of them) isn't picky about anything, she will let her nephews do whatever they want... except for walk on the Morgers' lawn.  The kids think these lawn rules are strange, but all the same they love playing together.  But one day, despite the Morger mom's protests, the kids walk on the little stones separating the grass from everything else (the whole city has this) to catch a chipmunk.  But now, on the stones, the kids learn why they were never allowed on the Morger grass, but it's too late.  The kids must go on an amazing adventure to get out of the mess they're in.

May Wixie

May Wixie is about an 11 year old with a strange life.  She can't help but do amazing monkey bar routines, do 8 spins 4 feet in the air when she is excited, and hiding in the flowers when she feels threatened or scared.  May Wixie thinks she is just special.  Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, right?  This is what she believes until a new kid moves in.  This new kid introduces a whole different life to May Wixie, and May Wixie learns who she really is.

Possessed

I walked slowly, just following Kop's directions.  What else was I supposed to do?
"Stop!"  "Neya!"  "Stop!"  I heard people screaming.  But what did they mean?  Their cries went through my head, and they never rung a bell.  Who cared, though.  All that mattered was Kop's kind voice in my head.
"NEYA!  You're going to get yourself KILLED!" Someone called.  But I continued to walk.  I couldn't let those meaningless calls get in my way....
Neya has always trusted Kop.  Kop was her only friend when she was younger, but when she did start getting friends, Kop was always her best friend.  She would listen to anything he would say, even allow herself to die for him.  But is Kop really her friend?  Can she really trust him when he says, "Neya, everything will be alright.  Nothing will go wrong this time." ?

Money and the Rickensons

Money's Plan is about a poor family called the Rickensons and their cat.  They found their cat, Money, stuck in their bathroom wall, and have raised it as their own.  But Money isn't your normal 3 month old cat who loves yarn balls and stuff like that.  Money is obsessed with money (which gave them her name).  Any time Money sees a coin or a paper dollar, she picks it up and takes it to the Rickensons' youngest son, Timmy's piggy bank.  And it's a good thing they have Money, for without Money, they'd be starved.  But when money becomes scarce, Timmy show Money how to find a way to save the Rickensons.

Golden and Silver

Jaggara has always wanted a younger sister, and she finally gets one.  But she is up for a surprise.  Her sister, Enay, has golden hair on the top of her head, and blue eyes with golden specs in them.  And as soon as Enay gets home from the hospital, the country breaks out in war, trying to get Enay.  Jaggara learns that Enay  is the 'Chosen One' and will be a golden warrior when she grows up, and will save the day from all evil.  Jaggara is determined to bring Enay to safety, and on her 'Quest' she meets a three year old boy named Arc.  Arc has silver hair and silver eyes.  Jaggara learns Arc is the 'Chosen Two' and will be the silver warrior and work along side Enay.  Jaggara must bring both of these future warriors to safety, can she do it?

Red Marker

Red Marker is probably the only scary story I'll ever write, but I like the sound of this one.
It starts when Benson's sister Kiyay gets a marker set in the mail.  She's so excited, until she finds out the red marker doesn't work.  Benson loves his sister, and promises to buy her a new red marker, but before he has a chance, something bad happens.
Benson is getting dressed, when he hears Kiyay screams, he runs downstairs, and finds her, sprawled across the ground, blood coming out of her side, with the red marker without it's cap on the ground beside her.  That night, Benson is going to bed, knowing his sister is in the hospital, when something on the mirror catches his eye.  He goes to get a closer look, and in red marker is the message 'You have been warned!'  And that's when things get REALLY scary.

But no one's life stays perfect forever, and when times get rough, Sannalay must learn how to stay happy, and she knows good friends can help her.

A Light in the Dark

I'm sorry, I forgot to add this on my ideas for books.
A Light in the Dark is about a place that has been ruled by Queen Canora for 50 years.  But no one likes her.  She is violent and cruel.  One day, the guards mention that they think it's time for a new queen, and Canora gets angry.  She says she will rule until she dies.  The guards reply that she might as well die, then.  At that, Canora gets really angry, and takes the guards' mistake out on the people; starving them, hurting them, taxing them more than they can handle.  The city guards go looking for someone who can save the country, and finally, they find a girl named Alanisa.  Alanisa is an 11 year old who has grown up in a world of fairy tales.  She is convinced that the 'good guys' always win.  Although it will be rough, forcing Alanisa into real life, Alanisa is the only one who has hope; therefore, she is there only hope.

Ideas for books

I have several ideas for books, here are a list of books I will write some day.

1.  Paranie and the Wizards' Scheme
This book is about an elf named Paranie, who has never told any human that she is an elf, and must keep it secret... but then, Paranie notices that wizards have reformed and plan to destroy all elves; starting with revealing the elves' secret.  Paranie must keep the elves a secret, but also get help....... from a human.  Paranie must turn to the only human she really trusts, Patne.
2. The Deserted Land
Gemya lives in OmforI [om-FUR-eye], an old land under strict order.  When Gemya is sent on a tour of OmforI, she is picked to survive in a deserted land for a year with only the totally deserted wild, and a brand new jacket for protection.
3. The Replicator
Charity Forever and Megane Deatn are at acting class.  When it is over, they go looking for Charity's younger sister, Mary Beth.  When they ask a girl named Ovia if she knows where Mary Beth is, Ovia says 'No' in a suspicious way.  When they find Mary Beth, all suspicions are forgotten... until Mary Beth starts acting strange.
4. Marigold Sounds
When Kenay is invited to a celebrity's birthday party at Thander City, she figures out a way to get her mom to let her go.  She is SO excited, and can't wait to go have the time of her life, when she happens to hear a conversation between her mom and her dad.  Now she knows why her parents have never wanted her to go to Thander City, but there is no way to call it off now, and Kenay's in for a LOT of trouble!

Sister of Swords and Shields

Sister of Swords and Shields is about a girl named Brietta.  Brietta has 14 older brothers, and is thereby a tomboy.  Her mom wishes her a girly-girl, but Brietta thinks of girls as weirdos who do crazy things and where uncomfortable clothes.  One day a letter comes in the mail.  It's an invitation to a fighting tournament.  After an argument with her mom, Brietta wins, and is sent to the tournament (along with her 14 brothers).
Brietta is so excited, until she reads the list of who she is going to fight.  The first four don't upset her, but the last one is her brother, and the match isn't over until one person can't continue.  Can Brietta come up with a scheme?

Author Quiz

Do you want to know more about the author you're reading about?  Here are a few things that you might think are interesting to know:

1. When did you decide you wanted to become an author?
When I was in 2nd grade.  I liked reading so much, that I thought it would be nice to be an author.  I got more into writing in 3rd and 4th grade.

2. What was the first thing you wanted to be?
An artist.  I loved to draw pictures of girls in dresses.  But even then I still loved making up little stories and having Mom write them down for me.

3. What do you enjoy doing other than writing?
I like reading, playing my piano and violin, playing with my friends, blogging, drawing, and going on worthy of publishing.

4. What character is most like you?
I have to say, Kate is.  I made Kate look like me when I had long hair, except her's was really wavy.  Then when I cut my hair, I made some reason for Kate to cut her hair in the book. :)

5. Who do you think has helped you most on the way to becoming an author?
My Mom and my Dad.  They are always willing to listen to how my writing is going.  Mom showed me worthy of publishing, which I love, and Dad told me to make a blog.  Mom and Dad helped me edit Kate's Quest, and Dad.... he told me to work hard on writing, editing, reading and blogging, that way if I didn't become a published author by the time I turned 11, I would at least be closer.  He told me to try and find writing camps, so that I could become especially good at writing.  They make it so much easier to write!

Well, there's some things about me!  I hope you liked it!
