Anna is a bold girl with neck-line, layered chocolate hair, and a brother she calls Monkey. And she hates visitors. So when she sees a strange old man at the top of the stairs, she isn't pleased. She soon finds out this man is her Great Grandpa Baker. Seeing how excited her mom is, she tries not to complain. And she soon sees how kind her grandpa is! She wants him to stay forever! But then the strange things start happening. And Anna doesn't like when things don't make sense. When things are mysterious. A letter comes. And Morgan starts acting strange. And Megane knows something she can't tell. Anna gets word that her mom is in danger. And a plot against her Grandpa starts to unfold.
The letter is from a strange address that is supposed to contain a code:

All these threats jumble up in Anna's head and she's not sure what to do. Time is running out quickly. Can she save all those she cares about from these strange events before it's too late?
